Maintenance & Support Plans
at Kosmos Central

Choose your maintenance plan based on the response time needed for any services required to update your website (this does not include emergencies**). If you have an outage or think your Website
is down please e-mail: emergency, also listed in our Support Center.

Website Maintenance Plan Pricing
Maintenance plans require an annual service agreement. Maintenance plan pricing does not apply towards application development or custom programming. Please contact us for current development pricing.

Additional hours needed for any non-emergency services that exceed your maintenance plan, will be billed out at a discounted rate of $125/h (Std rate, $150/h).

If you would like to expedite your maintenance request our rate is $225/h to move your project to the top of our work queue.

Standard Rates (Design and Development)
If you do not wish to purchase a maintenance and support plan all service requests will billed out at our standard rate of $150/h, (Minimum 1 hr).  Includes, custom design, Web development, training, general support & data integration services. 

Programming and Consulting Rates
Programming, application development & consulting services run $225/h.

Emergency Rates
** Excluding 1st priority maintenance plans and Kosmos hosted server emergencies, all emergency service requests are billed out at a rate of $360/h. Once an emergency situation has been initiated all hours are billable at our emergency rate, unless you request that your project is scheduled out for resolution at a later date.

Please be aware that emergency service request's require our staff to postpone existing client projects and support tickets in order to focus 100% on the emergency situation.

Maintenance and support plans can be used for a variety of services including

• Content creation and research
• Software installation, database modifications...

Note:*Discounted prices & priority services require a 1 year agreement. Early termination results in a 3-month cancellation fee.
