The use of services from Kosmos Central, LLC [hereafter referred to as "Kosmos Central or Kosmos"] constitutes agreement to these terms.

Software Terms:

All add ons are sold on a domain based license, you may use our add on's on a SINGLE licensed shop. If you wish to run additional licenses you must purchase separate licenses for each domain. Any attempts to run licenses from unlicensed domains will immediately invalidate your license.

All orders are final, there are no refunds, once a license has been given it can not be returned/refunded unless otherwise stated. Licenses are NOT transferable between sites, once a license for a domain is supplied the order is final. You should ensure your server is correctly set up to meet the minimum requirements stated. We cannot be held responsible for any "security" restrictions your host may have in place which disable standard features in PHP, UNIX or NT servers.

You will not attempt to reverse engineer, re-use, re-distribute any of our software without prior written permission. Anyone found doing so will be dealt with to the maximum extent of the law.

Our standard software is protected using either domain licensing or encryption, or both, source code is not made accessible or provided unless stated. If you have made modifications to databases software you intend to use our add on's on please contact us before making any purchase, our software is guaranteed to work on unmodified system databases that meet the minimum stated requirements. Kosmos Central Software can not be held responsible for software failure due to custom modifications.

You acknowledge all software, concepts, scripts, content on this site as © Kosmos Central 2001 - 2008. And you will make no attempt to infringe upon this copyright. Offenders will be dealt with through legal channels.

A license is only owned by you once payment has been cleared, any charge backs, bounced payments or other payment delays invalidate your rights of ownership until payment is settled.

You agree that Kosmos Central can not be held liable for any damage or loss sustained through the use of any of our software, scripts, advice or services under any circumstances.

By making any purchase on this site you agree to these terms and conditions and any additional license statements distributed with our archives.

Payment Information:

You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Kosmos Central, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. You also agree to have your credit card on file charged for any services and custom work you solicit for Kosmos Central to perform. You cannot cancel payment on customization that has been completed and you agree to provide updated credit card information if your credit card is out of date. You agree that until and unless you notify Kosmos Central of your desire to cancel any recurring services in advance of the service being performed, those services will be billed on a recurring basis. If you purchased a monthly maintenance plan discounted from our hourly rate and cancel early the penalty cost to you for early cancellation will be 3 months of maintenance and support at the plan you canceled at. Any credit card charge backs without notifying Kosmos first to rectify the accounting situation will automatically result in your account being suspended. Cancellations must be done in writing via our support center. Once we receive your cancellation and have confirmed all necessary information with you via our support center, we will inform you that your account has been canceled. At this time, your account with us will be considered canceled and services terminated. Any unused services that are remaining in the billing period will expire upon the cancellation request and no credits or refunds will be given. If you do not hear back from us or receive an e-mail confirming this cancellation, please contact us immediately.

As a client of Kosmos Central, it is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. Kosmos Central provides a 10 day grace period from the time the invoice is due and when it must be paid. Any invoice that is overdue for 10 days and not paid will result in a $25 late fee and/or an account suspension until account balance has been paid in full.

Invoices that have been paid more than once with multiple Subscriptions can only be added as credit towards the account and cannot be refunded. If you require assistance with this provision, please contact sales [at] KosmosCentral [dot] com

All information entered into this site is used only by Kosmos Central it is not sold or offered to 3rd parties and is treated in full confidentiality. Our site uses cookies for marketing tracking and also for eCommerce functionality. We do not currently use any 3rd party services, all information is held for Kosmos Central’s own use only. We never sell or give customer information to any 3rd parties.

Shipping & Refunds Policy
Electronic Delivery:

Software licenses from Kosmos Central are delivered by email, and the software itself is may also be available to download via our client support center . The software is activated using a license key that is sent by email within 48 hours of purchase on business days.

Because electronically delivered licenses can not be returned, there will be no refunds and all sales are final. We encourage all of our customers and potential new customers to thoroughly test our trial versions of our software before making any purchase decision.
