Don't lose potential sales when out-of-stock items are still available via backorder. The Kosmos Backorder Module offers advanced features, providing your customers with a variety of options and notifications.

Features include:

• Enable backorders for products site-wide, or enable backorders
  for specific products only.
  
• Display a unique backorder message.
• For backorders, customers have the option to continue
  and add an item or cancel out.
  
• The cart can be divided by two order groups, in-stock items
  and backordered items. Customers can choose to pay now,
  or to charge their credit card when the item arrives in-stock.
  
  
• A separate summary is shown for in-stock and backordered items.
• Customers can choose different shipping methods for in-stock
  and backordered items. When shoppers use coupons,
  the discounts will be applied separately to each group.
  
  
• General summaries shown on top of cart and checkout pages.
• Customers can receive a backorder notification message.
