Emergency Support by the Hour

The hourly rate is charged for cart integration, installation and any custom web development or 3rd party server integration.

Emergency services performed on 3rd party servers are at an hourly rate of $150/hour. This is due to 3rd party cooperation, access and availability of software needed, availability of tools and other unexpected problems that may arise.

*Note: Installation of X-Cart and the Kosmos Web Service is only $100 if installed on Kosmos Servers.

Installations performed on 3rd party servers are charged at this hourly rate. Please purchase the number of hours recommended by our customer service or sales department.
